The student's deanship is concaved with extending guidance and instruction for good morals, disciplined and sound behavior as well as good appearance.

Department of Psychological Counseling and social well fare:
This department is tasked with setting Policies, following-up programmers of taking cure of Sudanese and non – Sudanese’s students and investigation the students social cases to specify who need material aid in terms of quantity and quality acceding to the prepared forms. The different college. Moreover, the students Support und, follows- up affairs of accommodations, health care, sponsorship and health insurance as well as guiding students and preparing this lists and solving thin problems in collaboration the SSF. -
Department of Cultural Activities:
This Department is responsible for supervising the student’s activities at the university as well as perspiring an annual map for all cultural activities at the university level with taking in to consideration to co- ordinate with the academic activities regarding time. These activities are: organization of contests and festivals in poetry and arts and discovering of gifted in this respect to be cultivated, supported and encouraged to participate in the national and international competitions. The Department also activates the student’s activities through the students union and its different societies and material capacities which help carry out there activities. -
Department of Sport Activities:
This Department is tasked with drawing a map and supervising the individual and collective games, discovering the gifted in this respect, forming and training teams to create the required balance between the mantel and physical education, participating in rental and international competition and portioning competitions at the departments level in college and the college level in the university by providing required equipment ant material and moral support. The department also provides the sports equipment for daily games in college such as table tennis, chess and billiard by co-ordination with the students union. -
Department of Statistics and Information:
This department is responsible for census and provision of information concerning all students in the university in terms of college, departments, sex ….etc. it also acts as reference in this respect as well as registering students violations and this dates for consult when they repeat the violation. The department also collaborates with the Computer Center to issue cards and entry permits. Moreover, the department is consumed with the students ID and information regarding it in all aspects. -
Department of Medical Services:
This department is responsible for rereading medical services for the university students by conducting the lass and clinical diagnoses and providing the proper medicament or referring the patient to the other medical institution, in care of scarcity of these services according to the care and these are medical units in the colleges rendering these services to the students.
