The West Campus:
This campus includes the University Administration, Student dean- ship, the Academic Affairs secretariat, Scientific research council, College of Business Studies, College of graduate studies, College of fine and Applied art, College of Science, College of Computer Science and Information Technology, College Communication science, Institute of laser, Institute of Community and family Development, Institute Islamic Research and Science, Distance Education Center, Computer Center, Documentation and Information Center, personal office, financial Administration, legal affairs, Administration affairs, and Student and Employee (clinic ).
The Music and Drama Campus:
This Campus encompasses College of Music and Drama and El Studios and theatre as well as center for peace Culture and Studies.
The South Campus:
This Campus house College of Engineering, College of Physical Education and Sports, College of Petroleum Engineering and Technology in Addition to the Engineering Administration which is responsible for the university constructions.
The Forestry Campus:
This Campus houses College of Forestry and Range Science.
The Radiologic Campus:
In This campus, we find College of Medical Radio logic Science and the Ultra sound Clinic.
The Veterinary Medicine Campus:
This campus houses College of Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production.
The North Campus:
This campus includes Textile, Plastic and Leather Engineering in addition to the leather incubator.
The Shambat Campus:
This campus harbors College of Agricultural Studies, Center of Researches and Soil Laboratory which is tasked with investigating kinana soil in Merowe Dam Project.
Wad al Maqbul Campus:
This campus houses College of Water and Meteorology Center.
